Elders: Traineeship Program
The Elders traineeship program has been specifically designed by our experienced sales staff, ensuring it provides practical and realistic training to trainee stock and station agents.
The program focuses on developing skills and knowledge through valuable hands-on experience, online learning programs, and face-to-face workshops concentrating on all aspects of agency and agriculture business facilitation including livestock, livestock production advice, wool industry and seasonal trading and finance.
This traineeship is designed for people looking to build a long term career with Elders.
The 18 month program provides in-depth understanding of:
Upon successful completion, you will have a broad understanding of Elders, the Australian agricultural, livestock and wool industry, as well as a nationally recognised qualification, a Certificate IV in Agriculture.
