FutureBeef: Beef Extension Officer
Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries: We are seeking a person to join the highly motivated and dedicated Beef and Sheep Research, Development and Extension unit within Agri-Science Queensland. The position will undertake, in collaboration with others, agreed activities in high priority government and industry funded projects that benefit the Queensland beef industry. As a member of the central Queensland beef extension team, the position will deliver extension activities to improve central Queensland cattle businesses’ long-term profitability and productivity. The position will promote grazing land management, animal production and business management practices aimed at improving business performance. The position will contribute to the development and delivery of extension programs to industry across Queensland.
